The M.O.M.S. (Maternal Or Material Services) program was developed in 1992 to assist pregnant women and mothers of young children who are in need of baby furniture and equipment. The program is offered free of charge and consists of three, one-on-one, sessions with a counselor. Your counselor will make herself fully available to help you learn new information about how to best fulfill your role as a mom, as well as provide a comfortable forum in which you can get answers to your questions. All of the baby furniture and equipment available through this program has been kindly donated by friends of the Center. What kind of baby items are available through M.O.M.S.?
Our ability to provide you with baby equipment and other items is made possible through the kindness of those who donate to the Center. Therefore, our inventory varies from time to time. All items are not available at all times. We will do our best to provide you with items you need the most, at the time of your last M.O.M.S. session. Baby clothing (up to size 18 months) and diapers are available, as we have them, to anyone in need. What are the requirements of the M.O.M.S. program?
